Rules
- Rules mirror international draughts: backward captures allowed, kings fly.
- The move capturing the most pieces is compulsory.
- Games are shorter thanks to the 8×8 board and 12 men.
- The setup matches American checkers; only the rules differ.
About the game
Brazil adopted the international rules on the smaller board, making games sharper and faster. Many Brazilian masters move between this game and 10×10 international draughts with ease.
